As a  senior product manager who has experience in both sports and startup digital products  I love being in the middle of the product creation process. Understanding the user need, the market then working to design and build a simple elegant solution to a complex problem.

I am strong communicator and a proven leader in complex environments, I am also creative and forward thinking. I like to lead with intent and communicate what needs to be achieved not how it is to be done. I believe that this approach has served me well to date as I believe it brings out the best in the cross-functional teams that I work with.

I am passionate about sport, fitness and well-being. I am fascinated about how data can help people achieve better outcomes. This passion for data and performance started in my Army career and has stayed with me ever since.

I am an avid cyclist both outdoor and racing indoors on Zwift, an average surfer and a supporter of the AFL. I also love spending time with my wife Kym and daughter Elkie.
